Allan Joseph Cribbins earned a bachelor's
degree in biology from Lafayette College with honors. He then attended medical school at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine, where he graduated AOA (medical honor society) and won the
Dr. J. Behan Prize for Outstanding Student in Surgery. After completing his residency at The McGaw Medical Center of Norwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 2000, winning The Harold L. Method
award, he joined Dr Hamn in private practice specializing in bariatric, general and advanced laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Cribbins is certified by the Texas State Board and National Boards of Medical Examiners as well as the American Board of Surgeons. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American
Society for Bariatric Surgery and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. David G. Burkett, MD
Dr. Burkett is ABIM certified in Internal Medicine and the subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Burkett has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and was elected a Fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography & Interventions in 2003.
Dr. David G. Burkett provides comprehensive medical care in the areas of general cardiology, lipid management, hypertension, preventative cardiology and peripheral vascular medicine. He is credentialed to perform coronary angiography, athrectomy, cardiac catheterization, intracoronary stenting, transesophageal echocardiography, general echocardiography, nuclear cardiology stress testing, cardiac MRI/MRA, pacemaker implantation including bi-ventricular devices and defibrillators.
